Matt Kabus
I’m a lead product designer working where data, AI, and very human problems overlap. Lately I’ve been at Amplitude, designing growth and analytics experiences that turn messy event streams into simple, opinionated workflows people actually enjoy using. Before that, I led Product and Design at Amper, an AI music startup acquired by Shutterstock, so I tend to think in rhythm, narrative, and how a product feels, not just how it functions.
Now I split my time between building AI native experiments and making existing tools radically simpler. I like first principles, shipping fast, and proving value with real numbers, not just polished mockups.
